HPP programs are a sophisticated compilation of creative stories, rhythmic narration, music, and soothing mystical sounds. These tapes can effect lasting, dramatic changes in in your life by kindling new thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Each 30-minute program is constructed to gently overload your conscious mind by having two parable-like stories read simultaneously, one in each ear. The result is a deep state of relaxation, ideal for absorbing the positive suggestions contained in each program.

HPP was developed by Dr. Lloyd Glauberman, a practicing clinical psychologist and pioneer in the emerging science of psycho acoustics.
