These hypnotic trance inducing CD's use Ericksonian style hypnosis in a double induction system called "Multi-Evocation". There are no subliminal messages. You can hear everything being said, or you can choose to allow the confusion of two voices speaking at the same time to ease you into a therapeutic trance. These should be used with good stereo separation like headphones and should not be used during activites that require your outside attention like driving, cooking, etc.
